The registered office, company registration details, vendor retention periods and international-transfer safeguards must be added and verified before this text becomes a public legal notice.
1. Invitation and eligibility
Beta access is personal, limited and may be offered only to selected testers. You must be at least 16, have authority to install software and grant permissions on the Mac you use, and follow the installation and security instructions supplied with your build.
2. Evaluation licence
S.C. Klaro S.R.L. grants invited testers a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the beta for personal or internal professional evaluation. You may not share the build, invitation, credentials or licence material; redistribute Trixxie; bypass technical protections; or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
3. Experimental software
The beta may contain defects, lose data, change without notice or stop working. Features, interface, compatibility and release plans may change or be discontinued. You should not rely on the beta for safety-critical, medical, employment-monitoring or other high-risk decisions.
4. Local data and permissions
The current beta is local-first: activity history, window titles, URLs, notes, recordings and transcripts are intended to remain on your Mac. You are responsible for your Mac account, local files, disk space, backup passwords and exported copies. Screen Recording permission is used to read active-window metadata; microphone permission is used only when you choose to record audio.
5. Backups and loss
Automatic backup is a recovery aid, not a guarantee. Keep an independently tested copy of important data. Uninstalling Trixxie, deleting an optional account and deleting local application data are separate actions. Follow the supplied support instructions before removing files.
6. Optional services and privacy
Optional account authentication, diagnostics or product analytics may rely on third-party providers. They must remain separately disclosed and, where required, opt-in. The final Privacy Policy will describe the verified providers, regions, safeguards and retention before public release.
7. Feedback and confidentiality
Feedback is voluntary. You keep rights in your original material but allow S.C. Klaro S.R.L. to use feedback worldwide and without royalties to evaluate and improve Trixxie. Do not send passwords, tokens, employer or client secrets, or private activity content. Non-public builds, access credentials and materials explicitly marked confidential must not be disclosed.
8. Free beta and future price
No account, card, subscription or payment is required for the current private beta. The planned one-time €39 licence for Trixxie 1.x, including up to three Mac activations, is not yet an offer for sale and may change. Final purchase, tax, activation, update, guarantee, refund and withdrawal terms will be shown before any checkout is enabled.
9. Updates, suspension and termination
We may update or replace a beta build and may suspend or end access for security risk, misuse, material breach, legal necessity or discontinuation of the beta. Use reasonable care to install security-relevant updates. You may stop testing at any time and should export anything you want to keep before deleting local data.
10. Warranties, liability and law
The beta is supplied with reasonable care but without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. A final, counsel-approved liability and dispute clause must replace this draft treatment before publication. The intended governing law is Romanian law, subject to mandatory protections in the tester’s country.
